I ran across this group on Twitter….Marsy’s Law for All
They are campaigning to bring Marsy’s Law to all Americans…
http://www.marsyslawforall.org/
Marsy’s Law is a California Crime Victims’ Bill of Rights that passed in Nov. 2008. Now, we’re trying to bring Marsy’s Law to all Americans. Eighty-one Criminals Receive Maximum 15-year Parole Denials Since California Voters Passed the Comprehensive Crime Victims’ Bill of Rights.

Dr. Henry T. Nicholas, the co-founder of Broadcom Corp., was the key backer and proponent of Marsy’s Law. Dr. Nicholas is now lending his support to an effort to amend victims’ rights into the U.S. Constitution.
He is dope head and a crook….He is currently under indictment for felony drug, conspiracy, and securities fraud. One of the indictments included drug and sex related allegations summed up by the The Times (London): “a sex cave”, “fully stocked warehouse of drugs”, and “a brothel’s worth of prostitutes on the payroll”.
Nicholas is ranked number 195 on the 2007 list of Forbes’ richest Americans, with a net worth of $2.3 billion.
